Key Responsibilities : Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to customer inquiries. Manage feeder vessel bookings and schedules. Handle booking confirmations and maintain booking records. Prepare and update booking lists accurately. Oversee container management and coordination. Operate and manage Liner systems, including K-Navi and Aicos. Coordinate closely with port terminals to ensure smooth operations. Liaise with depots regarding container movement and availability.
