Du sorgst für rechtssichere Software- und Cloud-Verträge (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS) – praxisnah, verständlich und umsetzbar. Du begleitest Product Units als juristischer Partner bei Projekten, Risiken und neuen Services. Du prüfst, verhandelst und entwirfst Verträge: von Lizenzrecht über SLAs bis hin zu Datenschutzvereinbarungen.…
