Zur Sicherstellung transparenter, belastbarer und regelkonformer Abläufe bauen wir eine unabhängige Interne Revision auf. Als Internal Auditor / Revisor – Aufbau Interne Revision (m/w/d) übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle beim Aufbau und bei der Etablierung dieser Funktion. Im Fokus steht nicht eine rein kontrollierende Perspektive, sondern die Schaffung von Transparenz, Struktur und Wirksamkeit in Prozessen, Governance- und Kontrollmechanismen. Du analysierst organisationale Abläufe risikoorientiert, identifizierst Schwachstellen und Handlungsfelder und leitest daraus fundierte, umsetzbare Empfehlungen für Management und Geschäftsführung ab.…
