DEINE MISSION BEI UNS Du unterstützt Stadtwerke und Energieversorger bei der Gestaltung und Optimierung von Kunden-, Kommunikations- und Workflow-Prozessen innerhalb unserer ERP-Abrechnungslösung ENER:GY . Dein Fokus liegt auf klar modellierten Prozessen, sauberem Datenverständnis und Lösungen, die im operativen Tagesgeschäft funktionieren: Du berätst Kunden bei der Konzeption, Umsetzung und Optimierung von Kunden-, Kommunikations- und Portalprozessen. Du analysierst und modellierst Prozesse entlang der Kundenkommunikation (z. B. CRM, Workflows, Kampagnen, Outputmanagement). Du setzt fachliche Anforderungen im ERP-System um (Customizing, Workflows, Templates). Du arbeitest mit Daten und SQL, z. B. für Analysen, Prüfungen oder fachliche Abstimmungen.…
