DEINE MISSION BEI UNS Du arbeitest an einer zentralen ERP-Lösung für Organisationen mit gesellschaftlicher Verantwortung – u. a. im Gesundheits-, Sozial- und kirchlichen Umfeld. Unsere ERP p/5 Software bildet geschäftskritische Prozesse ab und sorgt dafür, dass diese Organisationen zuverlässig arbeiten können. In dieser Rolle verbindest du technisches Verständnis mit echtem Nutzen für Menschen und Organisationen: Du bearbeitest Support-Tickets inklusive Analyse, Priorisierung und Lösung unter Einhaltung definierter SLAs. Du unterstützt Kund:innen im täglichen Umgang mit der ERP p/5 Lösung und trägst aktiv zu einer positiven Customer Experience bei. Du arbeitest eng mit internen Fachabteilungen zusammen, um nachhaltige Lösungen für wiederkehrende Probleme zu entwickeln.…
