Als Partner:in des Leadership Teams stärkst Du Führung, Zusammenarbeit und Selbstorganisation und sorgst dafür, dass Transformation im Arbeitsalltag wirksam wird. Du begleitest die Organisationsentwicklung der Product Unit und entwickelst agile Strukturen und Arbeitsweisen kontinuierlich weiter.
