About this role

WME is seeking an on-site AV Support Engineer to directly support all scheduled in-office live events, meetings, conference room and full-office AV systems. This role will also include some backup IT Support, as applicable. This support position will also work directly with WME’s Global AV team, as part of a global team with a vested interest in providing excellent support with an ever-present customer service mentality. The Technology Department within WME is responsible for the 24x7 operations and support of all AV/IT systems within the agency. The ideal candidate will possess patience, empathy, and a positive attitude while working directly with end-users, to support daily office meetings, scheduled weekly events, and any supplementary desktop support, as applicable.…
