About this role

About Responsible for ensuring all international movements by road, air or sea comply with UK and International customs regulations and laws. Main Duties: Plan, prepare, and coordinate domestic and global freight movements for Heritage, Test Team, Hospitality, Fan Activation Liaise with internal departments and stakeholders on critical consignments and shipment requirements. Manage the shipping documentation, commercial invoices, ensuring accuracy, secure handling, and compliance with airline, customs, and Known Consignor requirements. Maintain compliance with Known Consignor security protocols, associated documentation, and secure packing regulations. Liaise with freight forwarders, airlines, couriers, and logistics partners to ensure timely dispatch, transit, and delivery of freight.…
