Role Purpose (Job Profile): As a key member of the Operations team, the Quality Inspection Manager will report to the Head of Manufacturing and oversee a team of 4 Team-leaders who manage approximately 21 employees, including Quality control Inspectors, Service Technicians and Apprentices for our Quality Control department. The Quality Control Dept Manager will provide engaging and motivational leadership to the Quality Team Leaders while ensuring alignment with the business’s vision and strategy.
