About this role

Deine Aufgaben Take innovation beyond development — lead industrialization that delivers real-world impact. Manage a team of up to 10 production and manufacturing engineers, ensuring effective task allocation and goal achievement. Analyse and improve production flow (composites, trimming, painting, assembly) by reducing effort, improving ergonomics, and resolving production issues. Improve production efficiency by reducing costs and material usage; implement standardisation and develop industrialisation equipment, tools, and jigs.
