About this role
Job Description: Project Engineer will work school hours, excluding holidays and school closures. At the direction of the Customer’s senior leadership, Project Engineer will work in conjunction with the customer to offer guidance and assist with the establishment of standards and guidelines for the implementation of clients technology solutions regarding the Customer’s overall clients hardware and software direction. Project Engineer’s daily functions and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following items, related to clients technologies deployed within the customer environment: Making visits to district sites to troubleshoot issues, facilitate engineering escalations, and follow-up against the customer’s extended agreement (if in place) as necessary.…
