About this role

We are looking for an experienced QA Lead to take ownership of QA processes , strategy, and delivery quality across two live products — a Chat platform and a Loyalty / Coupon system — running in multiple markets. The role requires strong manual testing expertise, a solid grasp of test automation , and the ability to lead a small QA team while bridging developers, managers, and the client.
