HVAC Service Manager $90,000 - $120,000 annual salary This position reports daily to Rocky Mount, VA YOUR NEW ROLE: Our HVAC Service Manager is accountable for the bottom-line profitability of the service team. This role works closely with team leaders to control costs through the efficient management of technicians, equipment, and scheduling, while ensuring staff performance, budget goals, and operational standards are consistently met from both the company’s and client’s perspective. This position reports to the Service Leader and is responsible for the performance of team leads and field personnel.
