About the Role
Clutch is looking for a People Operations Generalist to run the programs and systems that shape day-to-day life for every Clutchie: engagement, recognition, performance and comp cycle logistics. You'll make sure the operational engine runs smoothly, from onboarding and offboarding to employee lifecycle changes and compliance, and own execution end to end on programs that need a dedicated owner, working alongside People leadership, who sets program strategy.
We move fast here, and we're still building a lot of what People Operations will look like at scale, so this is a hands-on, in-the-weeds role for someone who wants to build and improve, not just maintain.…
