About this role

Fully own design of some of internally built Wix startups (stealth): operate in 0->1 environment where product-market-fit is yet to be found, many experimentations and pivots to be done and you will be one of key people in making these decisions Manage the entire design cycle of one or more early stage products: from researching, ideation, validation to crafting UI & UX for all product flow scenarios, adjusting code with AI and transferring your ideas to Software Engineers Collaborate with one or more internal startup project teams consisting of entrepreneurs in residence and software engineers Deliver great visual designs in a very fast paced, AI-heavy environment Bring ideas, usability improvements, brand updates.
