Associate Director -Xactly Administrator

Wolters Kluwer is seeking a motivated and talented professional as a Leader-Xactly COE Administrator ( Associate Director) to join a newly created Incentive Compensation & Planning COE that will support 5 core divisions, approximately 55 subsidiaries, and 3,000+ sellers across 140+ countries. The COE will partner with the various Divisions & Business Units while remaining a strong partner to the Sales Transformation team within the Corporate Strategy, Innovation, and M&A Group. In this role, you will have an exciting opportunity to lead the onboarding of the new COE, co-create COE processes & policies, and lead the global administration of Xactly incentive compensation practices.
