About this role

The Ticketing Officer (BOH) assists in the backend operations of the ticketing platform, including event configuration, data validation, reconciliation support, and system testing. Working under the Senior Ticketing Officer, this role helps maintain data integrity, processes settlement reports, and provides technical support to internal users and hirers.
