Your Role as Change Manager The Change Manager plays a key role in driving the successful adoption of organisational change across projects and strategic initiatives at Wesley Mission Queensland. Working closely with the Change Management Office (CMO), this role partners with stakeholders across the business to develop and deliver change management plans, communications, training, and engagement strategies that support positive outcomes. Key responsibilities of this position include: Completing change & communications analysis, preparing change plans and working with stakeholders to ensure change plans are fit for purpose.
