Your Role as Employee Experience Coordinator In this role you will support the delivery of initiatives that strengthen employee voice, connection, recognition, wellbeing and engagement across the organisation. You will work in the Employee Experience team, contributing to programs that help employees feel heard, valued, supported and connected to WMQ’s purpose, values and strategy.
