Your Role as Program Manager – Mental Health Community Support Service In this role you will lead and support a high-performing team delivering holistic, recovery-focused psychosocial services through individual and peer-based programs, making a meaningful difference in the lives of people experiencing severe mental illness. Please Note: This is a fixed-term position until 30/06/2028. A typical week may look like: Leading the establishment and ongoing delivery of the Mental Health Community Support Service program. Recruiting, onboarding and supporting a high-performing, multidisciplinary team, including peer workers.
