Your Role as a Registered Nurse – Community Aged Care Location: Travel required across Chermside to Beaudesert As a Registered Nurse with WMQ’s Community Aged Care team, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred clinical care that supports customers to remain independent, safe, and connected within their own homes and communities. Working across the Chermside to Beaudesert region, you will provide holistic nursing assessments, care planning, clinical interventions, education and support, while promoting dignity, wellbeing and quality of life.
