WHT YOU WILL DO: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable supply, on-time delivery, and consistent product quality. Prepare and process purchase orders accurately and on time, ensuring all required approvals are obtained. Monitor inventory levels, identify purchasing needs, and help prevent stock shortages or excess inventory. Support cost analysis and negotiate prices and terms with suppliers to achieve cost-effective purchasing solutions. Maintain accurate records of purchases, supplier information, purchase orders, and transactions in the company’s procurement system.
