Work arrangement: Remote Time commitment: Full-time Compensation: Fixed base pay plus commissions About the role We are looking for an articulate, persistent, and engaging Bilingual Inside Sales Assistant (ISA) to support a real estate team with outbound outreach, lead follow-up, and appointment setting. You will connect with contacts already in our CRM, including online leads, community event attendees, open house visitors, and past contacts. Your goal will be to build relationships, identify buying or selling opportunities, and schedule qualified appointments for our licensed real estate agents.
