You combine deep technical expertise with mentorship, driving test automation, AI adoption, and a culture of quality ownership across your team. Meet the Job Drive Strategy: Champion the "Shift Left" approach, utilizing the V-Model to map acceptance criteria to unit, integration, and regression levels.
