About this role

JM Family Enterprises is looking for an experienced Exterior & Grounds Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance, appearance, and overall functionality of the exterior facilities and grounds. This role performs preventative maintenance, repairs, irrigation support, landscape upkeep, and campus improvement activities to help maintain a safe, clean, and professional environment. Responsibilities: Inspect, maintain, and repair exterior property assets, grounds, and common areas. Support landscape maintenance, irrigation system operation, and water feature upkeep. Perform preventative maintenance and respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner. Conduct exterior cleaning activities, including pressure washing and site appearance improvements.…
