About this role
The Senior Compliance Analyst supports Treasury and Legal by facilitating structured finance and debt transactions, managing SEC and debt compliance activities, coordinating regulatory reporting, and maintaining critical transaction documentation. This role partners closely with Treasury, Corporate Development, Investments, Legal, and external stakeholders to ensure financing activities, securitization programs, M&A transactions, and compliance obligations are executed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with regulatory requirements.
