About this role

WS Development is seeking an Assistant Property Manager (APM) who will be responsible for managing a portion of WS’ District portfolio in the Seaport of Boston. The APM will play a central role in successfully transitioning new retail assets from initial construction to occupancy and maintaining established assets in a Class A manner. The portfolio is located within shared towers throughout the Seaport footprint and includes ten separate buildings comprised of 60+ retailers (approximately 500,000 SF of retail), a parking garage and several surface parking lots. This role will report to the Seaport District, Property Manager with frequent interaction with interdisciplinary team members including Marketing, Accounting, Tenant Construction, Engineering and Facilities.…
