About this role

Overview The Investments Analyst will be responsible for a variety of investment activities relating to acquisition, asset management and capital markets. This is a highly visible role providing interaction with senior management as well as property focused leasing, development and construction teams. Additional responsibilities involve underwriting and due diligence of potential capital transaction (acquisitions, dispositions, recapitalizations, etc.) including, but not limited to advanced financial modeling, responding to requests for information, preparing cash flow analyses and other special projects, as assigned.
