About this role

We are seeking a Client Care Coordinator to join our Client Care team! In this role, you will be responsible for administrative duties within the clinic, providing an exceptional client experience, and driving sales of our products and services. Position Details: This is an onsite position based at our Dundas, ON HearCANADA clinic . Fixed-term (contract) position starting as soon as possible until mid November 2026 . Potential for extension could be offered or consideration for other roles within the company based on business needs beyond the length of the contract. Hours are full-time Monday through Friday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm local time (37.5 hours per week) Compensation for this position is $21 - $24 hourly based on experience.…
