To support this mission, we conduct validation studies with hearing aid wearers and hearing care professionals to understand how our products perform in real-world use. As a Validation Test Specialist, you will combine hands-on, participant-facing study execution with the planning and coordination required to deliver successful validation studies. You will administer study protocols, guide participants through study activities, coordinate global study operations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and study partners to ensure a professional participant experience and reliable, well-documented study delivery.…
