About this role

Driven by the ambition to expand consumer access and create a consistent, high-quality retail experience across EMEA, WSA is continuing to strengthen and develop its retail organisation. As Retail Integration Senior Manager, EMEA, you will play a key role in making newly acquired retail businesses part of WSA. You will lead integration programmes across countries, bringing together local teams and Group functions to ensure a smooth transition, business continuity and delivery against agreed targets. This is a highly hands-on role, combining strong project and programme management with the ability to navigate complexity, influence stakeholders and turn plans into results.
