Location: USA, Remote (AMER remit, US working hours) Reports To: AMER GTM Leadership team Role Overview Wunderkind is looking for a hands-on, high-energy Senior Manager (Team Lead), Pipeline Development to lead our AMER Business Development team. This is a role for a leader who wants to be close to the work every day: running stand-ups, joining call blocks, coaching the next conversation and celebrating every SQL and SAO that follows. You’ll lead a team of up to 10 Business Development professionals who open doors into Enterprise and Strategic brands, and you’ll own the performance that turns their effort into a pipeline our sellers can close.
