LOUIS, MO 63110 Scheduled Hours 40 Position Summary The Operations Support Manager is a key operational leader at the center of the Department of Pathology & Immunology’s clinical testing enterprise, overseeing the team responsible for critical pre-analytic workflows. This position leads the Clinical Support Office staffed by Customer Service Representatives and Clinical Support Specialists who serve as an essential connection between patients, providers, referring organizations, and specialized clinical laboratories. The Clinical Support Office manages complex workflows involving secondary pathology consultations, referrals to the WashU Clinical Genomics Laboratory, and testing performed through Histology and Electron Microscopy.…
