Location ST. LOUIS, MO 63108 Scheduled Hours 40 Position Summary Position performs routine and/or special assays on blood and other body fluids including bone marrow aspirates and cores, amniotic fluid, chorionic villi samples, and other tissues. Laboratory testing includes, but is not limited to, chromosome analysis, chromosomal microarray and Fluorescent In-Situ Hybridization (FISH). Hands-on training includes recognition and classification of G-banded chromosomes using microscopes and computer-captured images as well as training in specialized computer software designed specifically for chromosome analysis. Position is located within the Washington University Clinical Genomics lab, in the Department of Pathology. This position reports to a Clinical Lab Supervisor.…
