About this role

Zurich E&S is currently looking for a Regional Underwriting Manager for our E&S Casualty team. E&S Casualty is a new team that combines the Zurich E&S Excess Casualty team with the new Zurich E&S Primary Casualty team. This E&S Casualty Manager position will be responsible for developing, coaching, and managing a high-performing regional team of both Primary and Excess Casualty underwriting staff. Additional responsibilities include managing regional performance, including new business production, policy count retention, rate/tiering execution, and portfolio management actions relative to Plan; managing regional wholesale broker relationships; managing underwriter referrals; and maintaining a small production portfolio to stay attune with regional market changes and desk-level challenges.…
