About this role

Purpose: To support business growth and agency performance through active field engagement, recruitment and activation support, sales activity execution, performance tracking and timely follow-up. The Branch Sales Executive works closely with BSM/RSM and Agency Leaders to ensure agreed business plans and initiatives are executed effectively and translated into measurable sales and manpower outcomes. Key Accountabilities: 1. Branch / Agency Sales Performance To own the branch/agency sales targets and drive achievement against monthly, quarterly and annual KPIs.Monitor production by agency, leader and agent and identify underperformance promptly.
