Im Team Service Center erwarten dich folgende Aufgaben : Du bist die erste Ansprechperson im Kundenservice - telefonisch und schriftlich Du erteilst Auskünfte zu Verträgen in allen Versicherungssparten Du hilfst Kunden bei Vertrags- und Stammdatenänderungen Du bearbeitest Reklamationen, stellst Servicequalität sicher und trägst damit zur Kundenzufriedenheit bei Du bist in die unterschiedlichsten Unternehmensbereiche vernetzt (Sales, Marketing, Finanz, etc.) Was zeichnet dich aus? Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung (Lehre, AHS, etc.) Du hast vielleicht schon Berufserfahrung im Kundenservice (telefonisch/schriftlich) Du arbeitest gerne mit digitalen Tools und bist bereit, Neues zu lernen…
