About this role

Job Purpose The System Support Executive provides day-to-day system and operational support to the Risk Engineering function, helping ensure systems, applications, and related processes operate effectively. The role works closely with Risk Engineering users and relevant technical teams to troubleshoot issues, coordinate system enhancements, support testing activities, and maintain reliable business operations. Key Responsibilities Provide first-level support for systems and applications used by the Risk Engineering team. Investigate and troubleshoot system issues raised by users and coordinate with relevant IT or technical teams for resolution.
