Utility Maintenance Mechanic I-Public Works

The Utility Maintenance Mechanic I assist higher level workers and is distinguished by entry level experience with maintenance, operation, repair work of pump stations, flood pump stations and treatment facilities. Work is performed after receiving technical direction and assigned task(s) by the Utility Maintenance Mechanic III, supervisor and/or manager. This classification is a DOT regulated position.
