About the Role We are seeking experienced DC Operations Shift Leads to join our team in managing mission-critical data centre operations. In this role, you will lead a shift team to ensure smooth and reliable operations, handle escalations, and uphold compliance standards across multiple sites. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise the DC shift team to ensure seamless daily operations. Allocate shift patterns, oversee handovers, and monitor task completion.
