About this role

As a Network Engineer L1 , you will be responsible for the following :- • 24/7 network operations and monitoring of network infrastructure and UPS systems • Incident handling and escalation • Incident tracking and reporting • Preventive maintenance support • Corrective maintenance support • Monthly preventive maintenance reporting • Network configuration support • Change support based on approved requirements • Monthly SLA reporting, performance reporting, incident reporting Manage infrastructure includes: • Routers, switches and firewalls • IPS / IDS / NAC systems • Load balancers • Wireless infrastructure • Media converters • Any other network devices • UPS systems Key Deliverables • Fully managed 24/7 Network & UPS support • Incident resolution within agreed SLA • Preventive maintenance…
