About this role
As a Network Engineer L2, you will be responsible for the following :- Monitor and manage network infrastructure and UPS systems to ensure optimal performance and availability. Perform real-time network monitoring and respond promptly to alerts and incidents. Troubleshoot and resolve Level 2 network issues within established SLA timelines. Escalate complex issues to relevant teams or vendors when required. Track, document, and maintain incident records through the ticketing system. Prepare incident reports and support post-incident reviews. Execute scheduled preventive maintenance activities on network and UPS infrastructure. Perform corrective maintenance to restore services and minimize downtime. Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders during maintenance activities.…
