About this role

We are seeking an experienced Wintel Engineer to support and manage enterprise Windows infrastructure in a large-scale operational environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the availability, performance, security, and recovery readiness of Windows server platforms while supporting virtualization, backup, monitoring, and disaster recovery initiatives. Key Responsibilities Implement, administer, and maintain Windows Server infrastructure. Troubleshoot and resolve Windows OS incidents, problems, and performance issues. Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and support problem management activities. Manage Active Directory, Group Policies (GPOs), and user administration. Support VMware and Hyper-V virtualized environments.…
