XLA is seeking a Junior Detail Program Specialist for an onsite position with a federal organization in Washington, D.C. Salary: $70,000 Position Summary The Junior Detail Program Specialist supports a program that places employees on temporary assignments (details) at offices nationwide. The Specialist prepares detail agreements, coordinates travel and reimbursements, reconciles payroll and financial data, and keeps program records accurate. Reporting to the team lead, the Specialist handles an assigned portfolio of detailees and is a point of contact for detailees and partner offices.
