Job Summary: The Detailing Specialist is responsible for the preparation, application, and finishing of XPEL Fusion and Fusion Premium ceramic coating products. This role ensures vehicles receive superior protection and appearance enhancement, meeting XPEL’s quality standards and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Core Duties Vehicle Preparation - Perform thorough vehicle washes, including chemical decontamination and clay bar treatment. - Conduct paint correction (single and multi-stage polishing) to eliminate surface defects prior to coating. - Mask off sensitive areas to prevent product overspray or damage. Ceramic Coating Application - Apply XPEL Fusion / Fusion Premium coatings with precision according to manufacturer guidelines.…
