Job Summary: The Field Operations Manager provides leadership for the assigned locations in support of dealership services. Core Duties Lead and manage a team of dealership service employees across an assigned geographic region. Oversee employee timekeeping, payroll submissions, and labor hour approvals. Recruit, onboard, coach, retrain, and, when necessary, manage disciplinary actions and terminations for installers and trainees. Develop and communicate daily installer schedules to maximize productivity and dealership coverage. Monitor film inventory levels, place inventory orders, and ensure material availability. Track daily dealership vehicle counts and staffing needs to align labor resources with demand.…
