Job Summary: The role of the Facility OEM Manager is to manage and grow the site OEM program Core Duties Monitor and manage facility KPI’s Coordinate and provide daily logistics updates to the customer Work with People and Culture to strategically recruit for expansion of current application facility Identify opportunities for improvement Mentor and provide for job welfare of all subordinate employees; this encompasses management, hiring, developing, and holding employees accountable.
