Job Summary: The Senior Manager, IT leads XPEL’s IT Systems Administration, IT Operations, and IT Support functions. This role is accountable for the reliability, security, and service quality of XPEL’s business systems, infrastructure, endpoints, and user support, and leads the managers and senior staff who run them. It is a working leadership role. The Senior Manager manages through the team leaders but steps in directly on complex technical issues when needed.
