About: Redesign Health is building the infrastructure layer for the next generation of Indian healthcare. This is not a recruiting role with a sourcing quota. It is a market-building mandate: to architect Redesign Health's founder ecosystem in India, activate the venture platform on the ground, and make Redesign Health the go-to partner for founders at the earliest and most consequential stage of company formation. The person in this role will sit at the intersection of investment origination, founder development, and platform strategy.
