We offer Full-Time, Regular Part-Time, and PRN shifts based on current availability. As an RN at YCH, you will lead the delivery of high-quality clinical care through the following actions: Clinical Excellence & Assessment: Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including admission databases within 24 hours, and conduct regular rounds to adjust care plans based on patient condition changes.
